35 years ago (not a typo), as a Rookie Recruiter, I was trained to call and ask a Job Seeker, “Are you interested in my opportunity?”

LinkedIn now offers AI tools to help recruiters draft personalized correspondence, and soon, AI tools for searching their huge database!

➡️ HR will use AI tools to effectively screen the database and AI tools to tailor a message to best entice a Job Seeker’s interest and response

🔙 The Job Seeker will use AI to compose an error-free response

➡️ HR will use AI to draft a request for the Job Seeker’s resume

🔙 The Job Seeker will use AI to tailor the resume to entice HR’s interest

➡️ HR will automatically send a link to the Job Seeker asking to conduct an AI Chatbot skills screening.

🔙 The Job Seeker will use AI to answer the AI Chatbot’s questions the best

➡️ HR will generate a calendar link to send the Job Seeker to set up a “Zoom Screening”

🔙 The Job Seeker will accept the link and set a time for the Zoom Screening

➡️ HR will get on Zoom to ask a Job Seeker,

“Are you interested in my opportunity?”
