It only took 35 years to launch Abrams Search, providing banking and financial services recruiting in the Metro DC, Virginia, Maryland, and New York tri-state regions. Throughout my career, I have provided Contingency, Container, and Retained Searches, Temp, and Contractor services. 

My clients are de novo, community, and regional banks, Credit Unions and CUSO’s, and FinTechs.

My Candidates are C-level through Recent Grads, well-experienced to just getting started.

The fastest-growing segment is Abrams Search’s support of Bank Compliance, BSA, and Risk consulting firms. These firms work directly with banks, mortgage companies, GSE’s, and insurance companies. Abrams Search’s focus is on finding the best contractors and letting the consulting companies do what they do best: sell and manage the projects. Projects have spanned across the country for various lengths.
